We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing organization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Advanced in English (speaking and writing)
- Strong presentation skills and strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills & highly organized
- Proficiency in understanding the local IT market
- Goal orientation, drive and customer focus
- Ability to interact and work effectively with other departments and delivery units across our organization
Is a plus:
- Previous experience in Talent Development and Talent Management
What responsibilities will you get when working with us?
- Attract, select, and hire IT Specialists according to recruitment demand within our organization
- Manage and coordinate the whole recruitment process for the vacant positions (job posting, phone interviews, live/online interviews, negotiations, offers etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers for Job descriptions, recruitment steps, and final decision
- Identify and build strategies of sourcing to generate pipelines of candidates using various tools, channels, and own network
- Interview and assess candidates to identify if they are a fit for the job
- Reporting on the progress of assigned job vacancies on a regular basis and communicate early warnings
- Proposing measures to optimize the recruitment process
- Partner with and manage 3rd party agencies and job boards
- Deliver an efficient and awesome experience for the candidates throughout the whole recruitment process.
